About the gentleman I dealt with, James, he's a very nice individual, no rush, no pressure no bad vibes at all. Kind of a mix between midwest folk and a southern gentleman. The LX470 i bought is beautiful, fair price, great condition.
Customer service isn't up to par. Just bought a car there. Had already checked the car out online & done some research. We had looked at several & had pretty much decided on this one for the price before we even got to the place. When we arrived, we were outside looking around for about 10 minutes before we had to go actually get a sales associate. I've never been on a car lot before & not been approached by a salesman! Test drove the car, asked question, made decesion, blah blah. Went to make the purchase & apparently the computers were down. Took at least 45 minutes for the sales papers to even be printed. Which is usually about right for time when your financing, but we were paying cash so that's unacceptable. Then if you sell a car & a buyer asks about an xtra key, you have one made & send it to them. It's called good customer service. And definitely you send a customer home with a full tank of gas! Instead we got an completely empty tank. Doesn't seem like they are very interested in repeat customers.
I get back to Southern Country and he has the car washed and cleaned up ready to be taken home. We sit maybe for 30-45 minutes negotiating and signing paper work. I drive a near perfect car home then and there.

Excellent no pressure experience. Drove multiple vehicles on our own with no pushy salesman riding along. Purchased the car my daughter wanted at a fair price. Lots of inventory to choose from, highly recommend this dealership. James was very knowledgeable and helpful.

Overall, the best car buying experience i've ever had. Would recommend to all. Some of these other reviews mentioned that no one came to greet them while they were walking around and looking at cars, this was actually a huge plus to me, most of the time the sales men do not know the answers to my specific questions. No annoying experience here. If you know what car you want, and they have it, give a go.
Was driving from SWFL to JAX to look at 2 lx470s. Out of the corner of my eye i see a beautiful gray lx470, flip a u turn go look at it, and continue to jax. In jax i was promised "near show room condition vehicles" for a substantial amount more money. When i get to Jax i see incorrect color touch up paint and a wide range of other imperfections, along with a dealer that stayed on his cell phone the whole time.
